Patiala, March 11: Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) Executive Chairperson Harmohan Kaur Sandhu has stated that the Commission is actively preparing to conduct the Punjab Civil Services (Executive Branch) Combined Competitive Examination and other recruitment tests for various posts.
Chairing a meeting with Commission Secretary Charanjit Singh and Secretary (Examinations) Vyum Bhardwaj, she informed that the Commission has sought certain administrative clarifications from the Punjab Government. Once these are received, the examination schedule will be officially announced.
Harmohan Kaur Sandhu urged the 85,000 aspirants who have applied for the PCS examination to remain focused on their preparation, trust only their abilities, and disregard any misinformation regarding exam dates. She emphasized that candidates should rely solely on the official website (www.ppsc.gov.in) for updates. The Executive Chairperson further highlighted that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is committed to providing government job opportunities and strengthening the administrative machinery with competent officers. She encouraged aspirants to dedicate themselves to rigorous preparation, given the intense competition for these posts.
