Youth must play an important role in The sustainable development of Punjab - Komal Mittal

Hoshiarpur, August 31 :

  A seminar on 'Role of Youth in Sustainable Development' was organized by the renowned NGO A4C of Dasua under the chairmanship of Ms. Komal Mittal, Hon'ble DC Hoshiarpur at Woodland Overseas School.   Hon'ble DC Hoshiarpur Ms. Komal Mittal along with NGO Head Mr. Sanjeev Kumar attended as Chief Guest and accompanied by Mr. Sanjeev Sharma (SDM, Hoshiarpur), PCS Officer  Dr. Amandeep Kaur (Commissioner MC Hoshiarpur), Srijal Gupta (MD, Caledonian International School), Mr. Atul Sharma (Associate Vice President Sonalika Group) Mr. Mandeep Singh Gill (Managing Trustee, Woodland Overseas School) were also present.  were

   This special event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Hon'ble IAS Officer Mrs. Komal Mittal (DC Hoshiarpur) by lighting the candle and in her address told the children that sustainable development is a development process which is not only for the present generation.  fulfills the needs  , but also takes care not to adversely affect the ability to meet the needs of future generations.

  Mr. Sanjiv Sharma (SDM), Dr. Amandeep Kaur Commissioner (MC) Hoshiarpur, Mr. Jal Gupta, Mr. Atul Sharma and others also highlighted sustainable development in their respective addresses and explained to the children that  is essential for sustainable development.  Punjab because it ensures the long-term health and well-being of both humans and nature.
